Cooking instructions

FOR ALL PRODUCTS

  • Optionally let the product defrost for about ten minutes.

  • For better appearance and flavor, apply a mixture of egg and olive oil in a ratio of two to one and bake in a cold oven at 160-180 degrees Celsius until it browns.

FOR MINI SWEET CREAM MILK FILO PASTRY PIE, MINI PIZZAS WITH FILO PASTRY, MINI BOUGATSA SWEET CREAM CINNAMON PASTRY

  • Optionally let the product defrost for about ten minutes.

  • Bake in a cold oven at 160-180 degrees Celsius for about 45-60 minutes.

FOR MINI KOUROU WHITE CHEESE DOUGH

  • Allow them to defrost enough and bake in a moderate oven until they brown.

  • Optionally apply with egg.

ALL MINI PIES WITH FILO PASTRY CAN ALSO BE FRIED!

  • Allow them to defrost for about 15 minutes.

  • Fry them in a lot of hot oil until they brown.
